Registering as a trade account with Two Little Limes requires you to read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. It is understood by purchasing from Two Little Limes that you have agreed to these Trade Terms & Conditions.
The Two Little Limes Trade Partner program is open to qualifying interior and landscape designers, architects, home developers, hospitality professionals, and set designers/stagers. To qualify, please provide two of the following:
- Proof of valid membership (current membership ID) in one of the following design organizations: ASID, IIDA, AIA, IDS, CID, NKBA, IDC, or a staging organization such as ASP, CSP, HSR, or RESA
- Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
- Business card indicating your trade profession
Completed resale certificates (permits in some states) are also required for all states in which you will seek tax exemption (U.S. only). We cannot accept any tax-exempt orders without a valid resale certificate/permit on file.
Each professional must apply individually by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
Trade partner discounts are not transferrable. Membership can only be used by the named account holder. Do not share trade account discounts or discount codes with other parties. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination.
We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Membership may be denied or terminated at any time and for any reason.
Credit Card Information
Before a trade order can be opened, we must have a valid credit card on file. This information is stored offline. If you prefer to keep a different card on file than the one used to process the order, you must notify us in writing of the change. This credit card will be charged in the event that an account becomes past due more than 7 days.
Trade Partners recieve a 20% discount on the entire Two Little Limes collection. You must use your Trade Partner ID code at the time of purchase to receive your discount. Purchases made without your valid ID code will not confer discounts; discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Trade discounts and tax exemption are valid on Sale items. Trade discount is not redeemable for cash.
Two Little Limes reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the trade discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted here as changed Terms & Conditions.
If trade account operates an online store, Two Little Limes must provide written approval of sales on said website PRIOR to the commencement of online sales. Sales of Two Little Limes’ products via third-party services such as auction-style or discounted sales websites, Amazon, or Ebay is strictly prohibited.

We are happy to help you market our products! However, prior written consent is required for any use of the Two Little Limes brand icon, name, domain name, or any variations including misspellings, alternate spellings or spacings thereof. This includes advertisements, pay-per-click ad copy, domain names or similar usages.
Orders cannot be accepted without an approved Trade Partner Application (including credentials), Resale Certificate, and Credit Card Authorization Form. For pieces in stock, the card will be charged on the day the item(s) ships. If the item(s) is not in stock or is a custom order, 50% will be charged when production begins, the remaining 50% when the item(s) ships. The status of each item will be included in your order confirmation email.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Wire transfers are required for all international orders over $1000. Please call or email us to inquire about international trade orders. All international orders are final sale.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
Shipments are FOB origin Dallas, TX. Domestic order shipping default is UPS Ground unless otherwise noted on the order. Charges are determined by weight, size, and destination. Please contact us for other locations or Priority Air rates.
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day of receipt. Orders typically ship within 6-8 weeks unless stated otherwise on the order confirmation. Seasonal or new products and collections may also be subject to a “Start Shipping Date” which will be noted in product information and order receipt confirmation. Backordered items will be shipped out automatically unless cancelled in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns & Claims
Two Little Limes guarantees the quality of our products. All trade account returns, claims of defects, quality complaints and/or shortages must be made within 30 days of the ship date. A return authorization number must be obtained from Two Little Limes customer service for all returns. Return Authorization Numbers will be granted for defective goods only. Returns without a RAN, and those received outside the 30-day window, will be refused. If an item is defective, Two Little Limes will pay the freight charges and replace the item (if available) or credit the account. Two Little Limes does not issue trade refunds or offer exchanges. Claims resulting from shipping damage must be filed with the freight carrier. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand. Any deviations in color, pattern, or size are natural and reflect the handmade character of these products. These variations are not considered defects.

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has begun production, we are unable to make any changes. Cancelled or modified orders may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
