RETURNS

Two Little Limes guarantees the quality of our products. Merchandise purchased through the Two Little Limes online store may be returned or exchanged (subject to availability) within 30 days of the ship date for the amount of the purchase less shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please include proof of purchase and the return authorization number (RAN) with your return. A return authorization number can be obtained by calling or emailing Two Little Limes customer service before returning your item. Returns without a RAN, and those made outside the 30-day window, will be refused.

Returns will be issued a refund to the credit card originally used at the time of checkout. If a refund cannot be made, a merchandise credit will be issued. Again, exchanges are subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned merchandise. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, please consider a tracking shipping service and shipping insurance. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during the return shipping process. If an item is defective, Two Little Limes will pay the freight charges and replace the item (if available) or credit the account.

Please keep in mind that our products are made by hand. Any deviations in color, pattern, or size are natural and reflect the handmade character of these products. These variations are not considered defects.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS unless otherwise noted on the order confirmation.  Rates are determined by weight, size, and destination.  Please contact us for other locations or Priority Air rates. Items in stock generally ship between 2-3 business days. Delivery times are provided solely as guidelines and are subject to change at any time.

CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please email info@twolittlelimes.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, please contact us directly at info@twolittlelimes.com or toll free (855) 668-2489. All international orders are final sale.

SALES TAX

Two Little Limes is required to charge the appropriate sales tax to non-wholesale orders shipping within the state of Texas. Wholesale shipments and those delivered outside the state of Texas will not be charged sales tax.
